Who We Are GymLive Limited (Company No. 770513, Ireland) is the Data Controller for all data collected at our events. We are registered with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) and operate in full compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018. What We Collect & Why We collect your child's name, date of birth, club, and position for event registration and their Player Profile. Performance data — including sprint times, jump heights, agility scores, fitness data, height, and weight — is used to generate their Player Performance Report, Player Card, and age-group benchmarks. Parent or guardian contact details are used to deliver the Player Report and event communications.

Scouting & Talent Identification Your child's performance report, Player Card, radar profile, and maturation data may be shared with registered professional football clubs, academies, and licensed GymLive Scout users for talent identification. Personal contact details are never shared with clubs without separate, explicit consent.

Photography & Video GymLive events are photographed and filmed for our live stream and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). By participating, you consent to your child appearing in event imagery and footage. We will not individually name or tag your child in public posts without additional permission.

Storage, Sharing & Retention All data is stored on secure, encrypted, EU-based servers. Performance and biometric data is retained for 5 years; contact and registration data for 2 years; event photography and video for up to 3 years. Data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for commercial profiling. Fully anonymised data may be shared with research partners including DCU for benchmarking purposes — no names or identifying details are included.

Your Rights Under GDPR You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete, or export your child's data, withdraw consent for optional processing, or object to specific uses. Contact us at Partnerships@gymlive.app. You may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at www.dataprotection.ie or 1800 437 737.

Child Safeguarding GymLive operates in full compliance with the Children First Act 2015. A Designated Liaison Person is present at every event, a two-adult rule is observed at all testing stations, and any safeguarding concern is reported immediately to Túsla. Our Child Safeguarding Statement is available on request.

Medical By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your child is medically fit to participate in high-intensity physical performance testing and has not been advised by a medical professional to avoid strenuous activity.
